We have an ever-evolving menu offering everything from tea and cake to a full Sunday lunch. All our food is home made with a focus on fresh, organic and local produce. 
All the fruit and vegetables we use come from a local organic wholesaler, while all our meat is produced by us, helping us create a true field to fork experience. We also always have a wide range of dishes on the menu catering for vegetarians and vegans.

"My husband and I were delighted to see a new cafe and shop in Tregaron, and this one won't disappoint. 
We came by for a breakfast and I can honestly say it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I chose the vegetarian breakfast for a change- it was delicious, and a very original homemade vegetarian sausage. The coffee and choice of blends is fantastic as well as the range of products on offer. A lovely courtyard garden as well. A real gem- we will be back!"
